A/S supports two program modes to help reduce program complexity for less experienced users. Choose the desired mode from the Mode menu.
The Configure mode provides access to all controls used to adjust how A/S processes documents. The Process Select window is open and all menus are shown in the menu bar. This mode can be confusing for some users as there are quite a few controls.
The Process Only mode swaps the Process Select window for the smaller Current Settings window which displays the current process, the remapping set name, and the number of replacement strings. The Define and Mapping menus are hidden.
This simplified mode may be preferred if a user tends to use the default settings or only a few settings files and wants to avoid the clutter of a lot of controls.
